Your Business, Your Voice: Take the Lead

In 2023, through strategic partnerships and collective action, we united the staffing industry to secure a crucial delay in Ontario’s recruiter licensing regime. This achievement was only possible by working with the right people who have the power to make change happen.

We also played a key role in securing important regulatory changes, including the recent update that addresses required address changes, as outlined in Ontario Regulation 244/78. . These changes, which take effect on January 1, 2025, strengthen the industry and demonstrate the tangible results of our efforts.

Now, with Bill 27 in effect, we’ve secured options like a $25,000 letter of credit or a surety bond for recruitment businesses—but our work isn’t over. As our members continue to raise concerns, we remain committed to taking them to the relevant authorities to ensure the staffing industry’s voice is heard and valued.

The Recruitment Professionals Forum isn’t just about talking—it’s about making things happen. Through powerful partnerships, expert insights, and tailored support, we empower staffing and search professionals to:

Bill 27 took effect on July 1st, 2024, but this is just the beginning. We’ve secured important victories, like the option of a $25,000 letter of credit or a surety bond for recruitment businesses, but our collective efforts must continue.
