Your Business, Your Voice:

You Decide

In 2023, grassroots initiatives united our industry and secured a delay in Ontario’s recruiter licensing regime. Now, we focus on empowering all staffing and search businesses across all industries.

Bill 27 took effect July 1st, but our work isn’t done. We’ve secured the option of a $25,000 letter of credit or a surety bond for recruitment businesses, but we must stay informed and engaged with all legislative changes.

The Recruitment Professionals Forum builds meaningful connections and advocates for our collective interests. Membership offers expert content, networking opportunities, and tailored support to help leaders thrive and grow.

A Time to Come Together

The recruitment industry across Canada is facing some of its most intense regulatory, commercial, and professional pressures in recent memory. Whether you’re an individual, leader, or owner in a recruitment business, we can help each other navigate these complex challenges.

We’re here for the thousands of recruitment professionals, entrepreneurs, independent contractors, and other stakeholders who don’t have a seat at the table.

Amplify Your Voice

Bill 27 takes effect in July, but our work isn’t done. We’ve secured the option of a $25,000 letter of credit or a surety bond for recruitment businesses, but we must continue our efforts. It’s crucial to stay informed and engaged with all legislative changes impacting our industry.

We are actively raising awareness and advocating for our industry through media coverage in outlets such as The Globe & Mail and CTV News, and by meeting with key policymakers. We will continue our work to protect our businesses, industry, and candidates.
